Asha originally hails from the West Coast of BC and is excited to pick up her practice again after some time off on Maternity Leave. Asha graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2021. As an avid health and wellness advocate, she believes deeply in the importance of therapeutic touch. Asha strives to keep up to date on current evidence, and is always striving to deepen her understanding of the human body and how to help guide it into balance and alignment. She recognizes the importance of practicing through a trauma-informed lens, and is committed to creating a safe space for all beings to just 'be'.

Services include:

-intra-oral work for TMJ -deep tissue -myofascial release -swedish massage - trigger point therapy -muscle energy techniques - pre/post natal massage - therapeutic exercise -hydrotherapy - joint mobilization

Your visit will consist of a thorough orthopedic physical assessment before we decide on a treatment plan that best meets your needs. Please wear loose fitting clothing or athletic gear to your appointment for ease of orthopedic assessment.
