Asha originally hails from the West Coast of BC, and graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2021. As an avid health and wellness advocate, she believes deeply in the importance of therapeutic touch. Asha strives to keep up to date on current evidence, and is always eager to deepen her understanding of the human body and how to help guide it into balance and alignment. She recognizes the importance of practicing through a trauma-informed lens, and is committed to creating a safe space for all beings to just 'be'.
